GardenBeach Cottage is available for vacation bookings year round. 

SUMMER SEASON
June through September we accept minimum seven day (weekly) bookings scheduled on a Sunday to Sunday basis.

BALANCE OF THE YEAR
October through May the minimum booking is five nights, with rentals commencing any day of the week.

We are happy to quote rental rates in Canadian or U.S. dollars, or Pounds Sterling.

Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars, to which applicable local tax will be added.

June to September, ALL holidays

(including Spring Break, Victoria Day, Memorial Day,

Thanksgiving, New Year's et al):     $1,250 per week / $195 per night

Balance of year:                           $1,100 per week / $170 per night

A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm each booking.
